Week of November 17th through November 22nd
Monday, November 17th
· Our Student 2 Student (S2S) organization will be hosting a Hand Sanitizer Drive in support of our local Veteran Heroes. We are asking for donations of travel-size hand sanitizer bottles or spray to help keep our veterans safe and healthy. Collection boxes will be located in the main office and throughout the school. Every donation, big or small, makes a difference and shows our gratitude for those who have served our country. Let’s come together as a school community and support our heroes! Drive dates are October 24th through November 23rd

· Mr. Jorgenson is hosting CCS HS All County Band auditions on Monday evening
· SIT Meeting in the Media Center @ 3:45pm
Tuesday, November 18th – Mentor Schedule Today
· We will be having a Blood Drive today
· AIG trip to East Carolina University
· CTE Field Trip - Auto Students to Black's Tire
· Mr. Haire is hosting CCS HS All County Chorus auditions on Tuesday evening, 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM, in the auditorium and down the math and CTE hallways.
· Winter Orchestra concert is at 6:00 pm in the gymnasium at Mac Williams
· Cape Fear Dance is Hosting Auditions for the Cape Fear Dance Team and The Dance Collective. Clinics will be held Tuesday, November 18th 4pm until 5:30pm and Wednesday, November 19th 4pm until 5:30pm. Auditions will be held on Thursday, November 20th at 4pm. Email Kerry Brown or stop by Room 131 behind the auditorium for more details.
· Cape Fear Dance Team is a technical dance team with a ballet, jazz, hip hop focus with technical turns, leaps, and jumps. This team is a performance and competitive team.
· The Dance Collective is a student club including all levels and all dance styles with performance opportunities with both student and teacher choreography.
Wednesday, November 19th
· There will be an interest meeting for Girls’ Soccer @3:50 in the Cafeteria
· CTE Field Trip – Mr. Shoffler's Culinary students to FTCC
· Bowling at B&B lanes. Matches start at 4pm
· Wrestling @ Hoke County. Matches start at 6pm
· Miss CF parent meeting in Mrs. Osornio’s room at 6pm
Thursday, November 20th
· CTE Field Trip – Mrs. Woolcock’s Culinary students to FTCC
· Swimming at FSU vs Purnell Swett. Meet starts at 6pm
· The International Club will meet at 3:45pm in room 219
· JV & Varsity Boys and Varsity Girls Basketball @ Douglas Byrd. Game times are 4:30, 6:00 and 7:30pm
Friday, November 21st
· There will be remediation today for select students
· NJROTC visits Stedman Primary for Fall Fun Day
· All County Orchestra Clinic today and tomorrow at Grays Creek High School
· CTE Field Trip - Ag Academy students to Concrete Service Company
· CTE Filed Trip - CF Pipeline students to FTCC
· Wrestling @ Cedar Ridge High School. Today at 4:30pm and tomorrow at 8:00am
· Round 3 of football state playoffs. Location and time TBD
Saturday, November 22nd
· Girls Basketball @ Freedom Courts vs. The Burlington School @ 12pm
· NJROTC competes in the Clayton High School Iron Man Challenge
